RETURN
Our policy will valid within 15 days from your delivery date. When 15 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return:

- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

- and within 15 days after the item arrive. It must also be in the original packaging.

- email us at service.ingodeal@gmail.com to get the confirmation for the return address and information to return.

To avoid the trial action, please check the item image, product information or size chart carefully before you order, we do not accept the reason that you do not like the item or not suitable. For the return item, we will deduct $5 each items from your refund due to our operation cost.

We have size chart for each item or, if you are considering on our size chart, please feel free to contact us at service.ingodeal@gmail.com for more information.

RETURN PROCESS

To return your product, you should mail us at service.ingodeal@gmail.com and we will indicate you the return locations. After received the item and quality checking, we will refund to you.

Your return email need to include the below information:

- please send us your order number 

- and the photos of received items with difference angles.

After receiving your return request email, we will work with you on the return process via email. 

Important Note: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are announced to us via email discussion. Tracking number information is needed. Please send us the return tracking number via email after you return the products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Additional return details:  If during the return process you notice that the item you are wanting to return is not appearing or you cannot select it, that means the item does not qualify for a return or exchange .    

We only accept a return of defective goods or goods distinctly different from the description.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice  that clearly indicates which items are being returned. 

Incase damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery via support service.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service.ingodeal@gmail.com  and we will indicate you the locations. After received the item we will exchange to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. If you do not email us within 8 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5- 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
