RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
Our return policy is valid within 15 days from the delivery date. After 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (including but not limited to jewelry, bags, scarves, belts, and other add-on items) are not eligible for return or exchange, including for sizing issues or personal preference, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Conditions

  • We only accept returns for items that are defective or significantly different from the product description
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, dislike, or incorrect size selection
  • To avoid unnecessary returns, please carefully review product images, descriptions, and size charts before placing your order

A $5 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the received item(s) from multiple angles showing the issue

After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the return process.

Once your return is approved:

  • You must provide a tracking number after shipping the item back
  • Returns without tracking information may not be processed

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.


Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
  • Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery at service.ingodeal@gmail.com


Exchanges


To request an exchange, please contact us via email for instructions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Accessories are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
